LAURDIMONIUM HYDROXYPROPYL HYDROLYZED WHEAT PROTEIN
Wheat proteins are one of the most commonly used wheat components in cosmetology, accounting for approximately 14% of grain composition. In their makeup they're similar to human proteins responsible for forming our skin and hair. Wheat proteins contain a variety of aminoacids, - including glycine, alanine, proline and glutamine, - which allow them to excellently moisturise, soften, and revitalise the skin, providing antioxidant action. They form a thin protecting, smoothing and restoring film on the surface of hair and skin. The proteins are usually hydrolysed to make them smaller and water soluble, in order to be used in cosmetics. This technology also allows the proteins to penetrate deep into the skin and hair. They firmly attach to the hair and have a positive care effect, moreover their beneficial effect is proportional to the hair damage level.
