When using the candle for the first time, leave it burning until the top layer of wax is completely liquid in order to prevent “tunneling”. Cut the wick to 0,5 cm before each use to avoid smoke. Your candle will also last longer this way. Extinguish a candle if it smokes, flickers repeatedly, or the flame becomes too high, then trim and light it again. Place the burning candle on a stable surface, away from airflows. Never leave a burning candle unattended and always leave at least 20 cm between several burning candles. Keep away from inflammable things. Keep away from children and pets. Do not place the candle near heat sources. Always use a candleholder. Keep the wax pool clear of matches and other debris to avoid flaring. Do not burn the candle to the bottom, but leave 1 cm to avoid damage to the casing and to the surface on which the candle stands. Do not burn the candle for longer than 4 hours at a time to preserve the scent.
