Your job will involve:
Your main objective – create a strategy for the development of the VIORICA brand and product portfolio, and oversee the product development team to execute it.
Job functions:
- Quantitative and qualitative marketing studies to get a deeper understanding of the consumer
- Marketing analyses (competitor analysis, market analysis, product analysis)
- Developing global brand strategy and product strategy
- Developing new product concepts
- Supervising the new product development process from A to Z
- Portfolio management, Pricing
- Strategic brand management of the VIORICA brand, creating brand standards and guidelines
Requirements:
- At least basic knowledge of strategic brand management and marketing disciplines
- Prior experience in marketing, brand or product management
- English and Romanian languages
- Keen user of cosmetic products
- Creative yet organised and attentive to detail
