Regulation on the Replacement of Cosmetic and Perfumery Products
According to the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 1465 of 08.12.2003 on the approval of the rules for the replacement of non-food products and warranty periods, perfumery and cosmetic products of adequate quality cannot be returned or replaced with similar products, regardless of whether they have been opened/used or not.
Replacement of Products with Manufacturing Defects
If a product has a manufacturing defect, the consumer has the right to request a replacement within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
For a replacement request to be considered valid, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must have a manufacturing defect and not a defect caused by improper use;
• The claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation);
• The product must be in its original packaging.
If the product cannot be replaced for objective reasons (out of stock), the consumer may choose:
• Another product of the same value.
Replacement Request Procedure
To request the replacement of a product with a manufacturing defect, the consumer must follow these steps:
• Contact customer support via email, providing details about the product and the detected defect, or visit the store where the product was purchased.
• Within 14 working days, the company will review the complaint and provide a solution in accordance with the replacement policy.
